Where's My Package?

There are a few ways you can track your package with us, assuming you have the tracking code provided to you by email when the package is shipped out.

If you did not receive this code, please check our "Support Portal" section or send us a ticket.

Below are the listed methods you can track your package.


Notice:

Parcels are usually dropped off at the post office 1 to 3 business days after receiving your payment.

It then takes 1 to 3 business days for the postal system to update their tracking system with the tracking numbers of our parcels.

A tracking link is originally provided to you by email. However, if you still cannot track it, this page may then be of use to you. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam inbox.

Our Tracking App

The easiest method of tracking your package is by copying your provided tracking number and pasting it into the box below. Hit "Track" and it will search for your package with our carrier settings.

Using 17track

To track with 17track, you just need to click the link and paste your code in the tracking box on the 17track website.

Alternatively, you can copy the URL and paste it into your browser's URL box. Then, copy your tracking number and paste it after /?nums= and then hit enter on your keyboard.
