Section 1 — Tracking & Fulfillment

When your order is fulfilled & shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number which you can use to track your package. Most of our products use 17track. However, most apparel items, mugs, some mousepads, regular pillows, cups & mugs, towels, stickers, and phone cases us USPS for United States and Asendia for everywhere else.

Section 2 — Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few rules to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly.


Please note that our printed on demand products which are most apparel items (e.g. shirts), mugs, some mousepads, regular pillows (NOT dakimakura), cups & mugs, towels, stickers, and phone cases are non returnable. However, if there is a defect with the order, we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email (support@memefox.com) or through our Contact Us page within 14 days. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size or a different color and we apologize for this inconvenience. However, we do have sizing guides page so you can get to know what will fit you best!

Some items may have a difference of 1-3 cm from the product description because the factory cannot make every item exactly the same. We cannot refund or replace items because of minor difference!


For returns, please send us an email at support@memefox.com by specifying your name and order number in the first instance. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (e.g. mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund.


All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within THREE working days of receipt of notification.

Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.


No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.

If an item is out of stock, we will refund you.

 

Additional Reasons for Returns or Lost Packages:

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Teelaunch headquarters (809 W. 10th Street Suite C Sioux Falls, SD 57106) or if the product is not printed from them, then it will be shipped to its parent company's warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.  

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Teelaunch HQ facility or elsewhere depending on the original product's company warehouse. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Returned by Customer - It is best to first contact (support@memefox.com) before returning ANY product. This is because the return address on your invoice is of the Teelaunch HQ in South Dakota and they do not offer any refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or for size exchanges as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size.

Some products may not come from Teelaunch but other distributors so it is key that you contact us with the product in question. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Section 3 — Order Cancellations

Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, email us (support@memefox.com) or visit Contact Us within 24hrs/1 day so we can promptly cancel or change the information and email our manufacturer(s) as soon as possible. You will have to immediately provide us:

  • Name and email on the order.
  • Order number (if given).
  • The changes that need to be made such as your address, etc. (Please keep in mind we can not change the graphic on the order as it will need to be cancelled).

Section 4 — Shipping, Handling, & Customs

Memefox online store partially operates with Teelaunch -- a custom print fulfillment service, and other printing distributors.

It is the customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case our printing distributors will not make any refunds and will not resend the product. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@memefox.com before 5pm EST the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 5am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped.


If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us/manufacturer. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you'd like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees)

Please allow 2-7 business days to create apparel products. Then you should add Domestic shipping times of 2-5 business days for ground shipping from South Dakota. For international orders, Ascendia may take 8-14 days depending on the country.

Some of our products are come from a warehouse outside the US, so we offer the fastest ePacket shipping. ePacket shipping only applies to those in the USA and some other countries. These products may take 2-7 days to process and 10-20 days to get to your location depending on where you are located. If the ePacket shipping does not apply to your location, we will select another shipping method that is as close to the ePacket's shipping speed as we can get within a reasonable price. Note that this shipping method for some countries outside of the US may take 19-39 business days or even up to 50 days (extremely unlikely) depending on the location.

Speed and price of shipping depends on product type and destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan packages or update their tracking so some tracking numbers may not give/have any updated information. This may also apply to some international shipping companies.

For those with international shipping outside of the USA, please understand that it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You will be responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you the customer and we're sorry if this causes you any inconvenience.
