If we do not, we sincerely apologize as all agents may be busy.


Note that holidays and weekends may take longer than 24 hours to respond.

Risk of Loss Disclaimer:

All items purchased at Memefox are being shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract.

This means that the risk of loss and the title to such items is going to be passed to a purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier.

In other words, the shipping carrier is liable for any damages caused to your package.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly.

Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please send us a ticket on this page before 5pm EST the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you.

If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address! The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to one of our warehouses.

If it does get returned back to one of our warehouses, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.


Please remember that we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 5am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped.


If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address! The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to one of our warehouses.

If it does get returned back to one of our warehouses, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.


If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you'd like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees

Returns

Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly.

For returns, please send us a ticket on this page specifying your name and order number.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (e.g. our mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund.

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within three working days of receipt of notification.

Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.

No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.

Please provide us with photographs of any defects you encounter should you require a replacement or refund.
